Client Services
At Oldfield Ellis we are able to offer a comprehensive range of services
to suit all client circumstances and requirements. Whether seeking
permanent staff or short-term temporary assistance, we can tailor our many
years recruitment experience to meet the task. We cover all aspects of
architectural positions and can offer the following services:-
Permanent Recruitment
By a combination of constant advertising and market reputation we have
built up a vast database of relevant architects, technicians and
technologists. These individuals are comprehensively screened to ensure
their backgrounds and skills are of the highest calibre. All CVs are
individually formatted, offering consistency of information and
presentation. Fees are only due on the successful placement of one of our
candidates.
Temporary and Contract Recruitment
Sometimes a resourcing requirement may only be short or medium term. To
service this need we have an extensive database of individuals who are
available for assignments of between 2 weeks and 1 year. Our accounts
department can handle all payroll and administrative functions in-house.
We can also provide staff on a fixed fee/fixed term contract basis if this
is more appropriate.
Please contact one of our consultants for more information.
Retained Advertising
We are able to offer a complete recruitment service, tailor made for your
specific requirement. We can write and typeset advertising copy, advise on
appropriate advertising media and negotiate favourable rates on your
behalf. We will then screen applications, interview candidates, produce a
comprehensive suitability report on each individual and present an initial
shortlist. From the start, our consultant undertakes the administrative
burden. At the same time you have the advantage of utilising their
experience and market knowledge to guide in the identification of the
right candidate for the role.
Further details can be provided on request.
Consultancy
We are able to offer clients a bespoke service whereby a complete review
of your departmental structure, staffing levels and recruitment strategy
can be assessed. This might address issues such as staff retention and
development, recruitment techniques and salary levels.
